法国造币厂的边缘的标记代表不同的制作年代在别的网站上看到过,但是一直也没有翻译的很好的

2002; "20" falls within the open loop of the letter, "02" following. Paris Mint officials state the intent is to progress through the Greek alphabet for each new year.红色字部分一直没有翻译太好的,本人英语不行。用翻译软件翻译红色字部分翻译的也看不太明白。哪位给翻译下。
